Rumah tangga yang PHBS adalah rumah tangga yang melakukan 10 indikator.
Indikator tersebut adalah persalinan di tolong oleh tenaga kesehatan, member ASI
ekslusif, menimbang balita setiap bulan, menggunakan air bersih, mencuci tangan dengan
air bersih dan sabun, menggunakan jamban sehat, memberantas jentik di rumah seminggu
sekali, makan buah dan sayur setiap hari, melakukan aktifitas fisik atau olahraga, dan
tidak merokok di dalam rumah. Tujuan penelitian ini Gambaran faktor yang berhubungan
dengan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat rumah tangga di Desa Sukamenak Kecamatan
Sukarame Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Tahun 2019. Manfaat penelitiaan ini dapat
memberikan kontribursi dalam pengembangan ke ilmuan khususnya mata kuliah promosi
kesehatan yaitu tentang penerapan PHBS dalam rumah tangga
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk memberikan Gambaran
faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat rumah tangga di Desa
Sukamenak Kecamatan Sukarame Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Tahun 2019. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah Kepala Keluarga yang memiliki balita usia 12-24 bulan di Desa
Sukamenak Periode bulan Maret tahun 2019 yaitu sebanyak 172 orang. Teknik
pengambilan sampel di penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling .
Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa gambaran faktor yang berhubungan dengan PHBS
rumah tangga mayoritas responden masuk dalam kategori tidak ber PHBS RT. Sedangkan
faktor yang berhubungan dengan PHBS RT adalah mayoritas pengetahuan kategori baik,
akses ke pelayanan kesehatan mayoritas terjangkau, dukungan petugas kesehatan
mayoritas mendukung serta hanya sebagian responden yang mendapatan dukungan dari
tokoh masyarakat.
Saran untuk meningkatkan PHBS rumah tangga, masyarakat perlu meningkatkan
pengetahuan serta memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan yang ada agar terbentuk perilaku
PHBS RT.

House holds with PHBS are house holds that carry out 10 indicators. The
indicators are childbirth assisted by health workers, exclusive breastfeeding
members, weighing toddlers every month, using clean water washing hands with
clean water and soap, using healthy latrines eradicating larvae at home once a
week, eating fruits and vegetables every day, doing physical activity or sports,
and not smoking in the house. The purpose of this study is a description of factors
related to clean and healthy behavior of households in Sukamenak Village,
Sukarame District, Tasikmalaya Regency in 2019. The benefits of this research
can contribute to the development of science, especially health promotion courses
namely the application of PHBS in house holds.
This study uses descriptive methods to provide an overview of factors related
to clean and healthy behavior of households in Sukamenak Village Sukarame
District, Tasikmalaya Regency in 2019. The population in this study was the head
of the family who had toddlers aged 12-24 months in the village of Sukamenak
for the period of March 2019, which was 172 people. The sampling technique in
this study used total sampling.
The results showed that the description of the factors associated with PHBS
of the majority of respondents in the category of not having PHBS RT. While the
factors associated with PHBS RT are the majority of knowledge of the good
category, access to the majority of affordable health services, the support of the
majority of health workers support as well as only a portion of respondents who
receive support from community leaders.
Suggestions to improve household PHBS, the community needs to increase
knowledge and utilize existing health facilities to form the behavior of PHBS RT.
