Upaya kesehatan bertujuan melindungi pekerja agar hidup sehat, terbebas
dari gangguan kesehatan serta pengaruh buruk akibat pekerjaan. Tingginya risiko K3
bagi pekerja menjadi pendorong utama dilakukan upaya kesehatan kerja di wilayah
kerja Puskesmas. Pos UKK merupakan upaya kesehatan kerja bersumberdaya dari,
oleh dan untuk masyarakat pekerja. Kota Tasikmalaya memiliki 24 Pos UKK. Tujuan
penelitian untuk meninjau program Pos UKK di Kota Tasikmalaya Tahun 2018.
Manfaat penelitian untuk mengoptimalkan program Pos UKK.
Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan kunci penelitian yaitu
pemegang program Pos UKK di Puskesmas dan informan pendukung yaitu Kepala
Dinas Kesehatan, Pemegang Program Pos UKK di Dinas Kesehatan dan Kepala
Puskesmas. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman wawancara, dan lembar
observasi.
Hasil penelitian bahwa pemegang program Pos UKK di Puskesmas belum
mendapatkan pelatihan kesehatan kerja. Kader Pos UKK tidak memenuhi syarat.
Sebagian besar Pos UKK tidak memiliki sarana prasarana. Sumber dana Pos UKK
dari bantuan operasional kesehatan, tidak ada alokasi dari pemerintah, iuran pekerja
dan sumbangan lain. Regulasi lokal Pos UKK tidak ada, himbauan Dinas Kesehatan
mewajibkan setiap Puskesmas memiliki satu Pos UKK.
Simpulan penelitian yaitu Pos UKK di Kota Tasikmalaya tidak berjalan
dengan optimal. Saran bagi Dinas Kesehatan yaitu mengembangkan regulasi lokal,
kemitraan, sosialisasi, dan pembinaan mengenai Pos UKK.

Health efforts aim to protect workers in order to live healthy, free from
health problems and bad effects due to work. The high risk of occupational health
and safety for workers is the main driver of work health efforts in the working area of
the Puskesmas. The OHE post is an occupational health effort sourced from, by and
for the working community. Tasikmalaya City has 24 OHE Post. The research
objective was to review the OHE Post program in the City of Tasikmalaya in 2018.

study were the OHE Post program holders in the Puskesmas and supporting
informants, namely the Head of the Health Service, the OHE Post Program Holder in
the Health Service and the Head of the Puskesmas. The research instrument used
interview guidelines, and observation sheets.
The results of the study show that the OHE Post program holders in the
Puskesmas have not received occupational health training. OHE Post Cadre does not
meet the requirements. Most OHE posts do not have infrastructure. Source of OHE
Post funds from health operational assistance, no allocation from the government,
workers' contributions and other contributions. Local regulations for OHE Post do
not exist, the Health Office calls for each Puskesmas to have one OHE Post.
The conclusion of the study is that the OHE Post in Tasikmalaya City is not
running optimally. Suggestions for the Health Office that is to develop local
regulations, partnerships, socialization, and guidance on OHE Post.
