Cikalapa Kecamatan TanjungJaya

Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (IMD) merupakan langkah awal menuju
kesuksesan menyusui secara eklusif. Untuk memperoleh keberhasilan menyusui
secara eksklusif, maka ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya salah
satunya adalah IMD. Data Puskesmas Tanjung Jaya didapatkan bahwa pada
bulan Mei hingga Juni terdapat didapatkan 29 ibu bersalin, dari 29 tersebut
terdapat 7 (24,13%) ibu yang berhasil IMD, dan sisanya terdapat 22 (75,86%)
yang tidak berhasil di IMD kan, sehingga pelaksanaan IMD di Bidan L termasuk
masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor kegagalan dan
penatalaksanaan IMD pada ibu bersalin .
Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan
studi kasus untuk menggambarkan kasus IMD inisiasi menyusui dini, instrumen
yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kemudian data dianalisis dalam bentuk tabel dan
presentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pelaksanaan IMD berlangsung
15 menit dan bayi belum mencapai puting susu ibu, bayi hanya sampai tahap
kedua yaitu baru menggerakkan mulut seperti ingin minum. Usia ibu yaitu 30
tahun dimana pada usia ini masih termasuk usia reproduktif, pendidikan berasal
dari SMP, pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh Ny. N termasuk kurang baik yaitu 0%,
sikap yang dimiliki oleh Ny. N termasuk positif yaitu 94 %, suami dan keluarga
mendukung atas pelaksanaan IMD, pemantauan kala III didapatkan pendarahan
ibu normal, kontraksi uterus nya baik, serta TFU nya pun dalam keadaan normal
dan tidak ada kelainan. Pemantauan kala IV ditemukan TD ibu dalam keadaan
normal, suhu dalam batas normal, nadi dalam keadaan normal, serta TFU dan
pendarahan pun masih dalam batas normal.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa IMD dilakukan tidak berhasil, yang
disebabkan karena faktor pengetahuan yang kurang, oleh karena itu ibu bersalin
diharapkan secara aktif mencari informasi tentang persalinan dan IMD. Bidan
diharapkan lebih mensosialisasikan program IMD pada ibu hamil untuk
mendapatkan informasi, dengan melibatkan kader dan keluarga.

ABSTRACT
Early Breastfeeding Initiation (EBI) is a step beginning to the success of
breastfeeding exclusive. To obtain the success of breastfeeding exclusive, then
there are several factors that can influence one of them is the EBI. Occurs from
data of Health Center in Tanjung Jaya found that in May and June there are as
many as 46 toddlers, there are 29 (47.82 %) mothers with the provision of
breastfeeding exclusively, the data showed there is still a lot of babies not given
breast milk exclusively. the purpose of the research is to know failure factors and
implementation of EBI in maternal maternity.
The research methods using methods of descriptive with approach studies
in case to illustrate the case of early breastfeeding initiation EBI , instrument that
is used is questionnaire then the data were analyzed in the form of tables and
presentations.
Results of the research shows that the process of implementation of the
IMD lasted for 15 minutes. The age of the mother is 30 years where the age is still
including the age of reproductive, Last education of subjects is in the JHS,
Knowledge that Mrs. N has showed is including less, behavior that Mrs. N has
showed is including positive , husband and family support on the implementation
of the EBI, monitoring of third stage obtained subjects bleeding is normal, the
contraction of the uterus its well , and the UFH it was in a state of normal and
does not exist abnormalities . Monitoring stage IV found Blood Pressure of
subjects in a state of normal, the temperature within normal limits, pulse in a state
of normal, and the UFH and the bleeding was still within normal limits.
The conclusion of the study is that the EBI doesn’t succeed, which is
caused due to the factors of knowledge are lacking, because of that the mother's
maternity were expected actively looking for information about childbirth and
EBI. Midwives are expected on more socializing of EBI program on pregnant
mothers to obtain information, by involving cadres and family.
